1. Services Provided

Muscle, Mind and Soul provides therapeutic massage, bodywork, energy work (Reiki), life coaching, and related wellness services. Independent practices co-located on our premises (such as Passages Mental Health) operate under their own professional credentials and licenses.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with our posted Cancellation Policy. Please provide advance notice so we may offer the appointment time to other clients.
Gift Cards & Spa Finder: We accept valid gift certificates and Spa Finder gift cards. Please note that Spa Finder gift cards must include a PIN code; older paper certificates lacking a PIN code cannot be processed directly at checkout.

3. Health & Medical Disclosures

Massage therapy and bodywork are provided for general wellness, stress reduction, and pain management. They are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, and allergies prior to receiving treatment.
