Hey there, I'm Brei — and this place? This is my life's work.
I've been a massage therapist for over 12 years, but my foundation was built in Connecticut, where I trained at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington. I was lucky enough to learn from some truly exceptional mentors up there — the kind that shape not just your technique, but your entire philosophy. I wouldn't be the therapist or the business owner I am today without them.
I spent years blending massage with restaurant and hospitality work until bodywork claimed me fully in 2016. In 2020 I relocated to Delaware to be closer to family — and what I thought was a life pivot turned into the best thing that ever happened to me professionally. I put down roots, got established, and in April 2024 opened the doors to Muscle Mind and Soul right here in Harbeson.
My toolkit is extensive — Thai massage, assisted stretching, neuromuscular techniques, and a genuinely nerd-level understanding of anatomy and how the body moves, compensates, and heals. I've always believed that to truly help someone, you have to understand why they're hurting — not just where.
That philosophy is the heartbeat of everything we do at MMS.
As MMS has grown and our incredible team has expanded, my focus has shifted to building the wellness center I always dreamed of — which means my own client schedule is now closed to new clients. But you are in the very best hands here. Every person on this team was chosen with intention, and I am proud of each one of them.

Diane Alexis has been with Muscle Mind and Soul for almost 3 years, and if you've ever been on her table, you already know — she's the real deal.
A graduate of the Academy of Massage and Bodywork in Bear, Delaware, Diane came to massage therapy through a natural path. Years in the hospitality industry sharpened her ability to truly listen to people, and a longstanding personal commitment to homeopathic wellness made bodywork a natural fit. When you combine that intuition with serious clinical skill, you get something special.
Diane has a particular gift for the complex stuff — frozen shoulder, golfer's and tennis elbow, forward head posture, lower cross syndrome, low back and hip issues, neck tension, and even migraines. Elisabeth Russell has been a cornerstone of the Muscle Mind and Soul team for two years, and her clients keep coming back for good reason. A graduate of the Academy of Massage and Bodywork in Bear, Delaware and a proud member of ABMP, Elisabeth brings something most therapists don't — a background in Emergency Medicine. As a licensed EMT, she understands the body on a level that goes far beyond the massage table, and that clinical insight shows in every session.

Alli Cicalese brings 13 years of massage therapy experience to the Muscle Mind and Soul table — and her resume speaks for itself. She's worked with Boston Marathon runners, collaborated with a minor league baseball team, and built a career around one simple belief: every body deserves a session that's truly customized to its needs.
Alli's specialties run deep — prenatal massage, deep tissue, sports massage, cupping, and energy work — and she has a particular passion for working with clients navigating chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and related conditions. She doesn't do cookie-cutter. She listens, assesses, and then gets to work.
Outside the studio, Alli is a yoga practitioner, an avid hiker, a thrift store enthusiast, and a devoted mom to her son and their pets. That balance of movement, mindfulness, and real life? It shows up in how she works.

Some healers are trained. Dee was born into it.
Denise Parker grew up surrounded by the healing traditions of the women who raised her. Her grandmother and her sisters were gifted healers — working with crystals, herbs, Reiki, and spirit healing long before wellness was a buzzword. For Dee, healing was never something she discovered. It was simply always home.
A Certified Level 4 Reiki Master, Life Coach, and Death Doula, Dee has spent a lifetime walking this path — and her formal credentials only deepen what was already deeply rooted. She holds a Professional Life Coaching Diploma through iKEW Education, accredited by the Complementary Therapist Accredited Association (CTAA), and brings the same reverence and intentionality to her coaching and end of life work as she does to every healing session.
