Cancellation Policy

At Muscle, Mind, and Soul, we value the specialized time and expertise of our practitioners. When you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening, and our therapists lose income.

• 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely, are subject to a fee of 60% of the scheduled service price. This is used to pay the therapist for that time block.
• The "Fill the Gap" Courtesy: We know life is unpredictable. If you have to cancel late, we will immediately do our best to fill your time slot from our waiting list. If we are able to fill your appointment with another client, the cancellation fee will be waived entirely.
• Existing Deposits: For first-time clients, your 60% deposit will be applied toward this fee.
• Invoicing & Collections: Failure to attend a scheduled session will result in an electronic invoice. Unpaid invoices after 30 days will be referred to a third-party collection agency at the client’s expense.
• Emergency Exceptions: We understand life happens. Please contact us directly for true emergencies.
