Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage can be a very relaxing style of bodywork while still getting to the route of immobility and muscle dysfunction. It does not always have to hurt! The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility.
Cupping Add-On - No Charge
(incorporated into your massage)
An ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cupping therapy might be trendy now, but it’s not new. It dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern Europe!

Contrast (Hot & Cold): Alternating heat and cold to create a natural vascular pumping effect—ideal for stubborn tightness and fast recovery.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation. We use the support of body pillows and side-lying position to keep mama and baby comfortable during their massage.
